so much to say!!!

ok, highlights from the week:

-snow actually started sticking last week. had about 3 days of slushy snow and craziness, but it is now melted

-went to aomori for mid-year conference, learned some, drank some, talked some, and slept in a hotel that smelled like fish everywhere u went, even in the bathroom!!!

-played really funny sports with a bunch of random people in hirosaki while it was snowing outside ... my team got 3rd place in the whole shabang and so i now have $30 to spend anywhere i want :)

-watched the new harry potter and i was very happy with it

-went to an end of the year party with the people i play tennis with and had very interesting all english conversations and by interesting i mean, huh? but it was fun

and today was thanksgiving!! and we actually did a proper thanksgiving. made the turkey and stuffing with brian at my house (took a lot longer than expected), took that over to becky's where there was much food to consume. everything was really good ... the gravy, the turkey (yay my first turkey turned out good!!!), the stuffing, the potatoes, the salad, the desserts, everything!!! and like everyone should be on turkey day, i'm still stuffed and will probably be for a few days. i'll post pictures later because im off to bed for some well needed rest.
